Every year, Muslims around the world celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and commemorate the event because of his significance in Islam, remembering his teachings and superior personality. The Law Department of Tishk International University held a seminar under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussain Balisani, Dean of Faculty of Law, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdulbasit Kareem, Administrative Supervisor of the Internarial Arbitration Program. Two of our bright students, Hadar Ashti Ahmed (Stage 4) and Firdaws Badei Baligh (Stage 2), under the supervision of Asst. On the 26th of April, 2021, the Law Department of Tishk International University arranged a two-day discussion and defense for final year graduation research. Students were given one week before the defense session to prepare and practice presenting their theses. The committee members included members of the Faculty of Law staff, who discussed and evaluated the presentations of the senior students based on several factors.
