Seminar: The theory of prosecution in the contract between civil law and other relevant laws
In continuation of the educational activities organized by the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University (TIU), a seminar titled ” The theory of prosecution in the contract between civil law and other relevant laws ” was conducted by Mr. Muhammed Ashraf, Asst. Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, on November 19th, 2023. The seminar took place in the Main Building, Hall 441, and was graced by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Balisani, Head of Department Dr. Sabah Qasim, and other staff members and students. During the seminar, Mr.Muhammed Ashraf delved into the fundamental elements of the theory of prosecution in the contract between civil law and other relevant laws and conflict between mentioned laws and presents recommendations on how to resolve legal conflicts
