Faculty of Law organized a trip to the Appellate Court
In continuation of the activities organized by the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University to familiarize students with the law industry and to train them for their future professional careers, an educational trip to the Appellate Court was held for fourth stage students on February 8th, 2022.
Under the supervision of the Head of Department and several faculty staff members, students visited the court departments and witnessed the daily activities and work procedures conducted. For the purpose of enabling students to link between theory learnt in class and live situations, students also attended various cases during their visit, and closely observed the procedures and approach followed during the sessions.
On behalf of the Faculty of Law, we would like to thank the Dean of Students and Head of Department for organizing this trip. Students have found the visit informative and beneficial for their professional development. We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Administration of the Appellate Court in Erbil for this great opportunity and warm hospitality.
