Dissertation Discussion on Public Law
On January 12th, 2022, Bayar Ahmad Farooq, Master of Law student at the Joint Higher Education Program, presented a dissertation on Public Law titled (التنظيم التشرعي لأبرام عقد الشراكة بين القطاع العام و القطاع الخاص). This dissertation was under the supervision of Asst.Prof.Dr. Mariwan Sabr. The Discussion Committee consisted of Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussien Balisani, who was appointed as Chairman of Committee, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarhang Dawd, Asst. Prof. Dr. Othman Yaseen and Asst. Prof. Dr. Mariwan Sabr.
After 3 hours of discussion, the dissertation was finally accepted and approved by the examination committee. On behalf of the Faculty of Law, we congratulate Bayar Ahmad for her achievements and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.
The Joint Higher Education Program between Salahaddin University and Tishik International University was established in 2017, offering various master programs.
