Opening Courtroom Ceremony The Faculty of Law at Tishk International University opened a new courtroom on February 16th, 2022. The opening ceremony was held in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Head of Research and Development Office at the Ministry of Higher Education, President at Tishk International University, Head of Board of Trustees, Dean of Faculty of Law, Head of Department, lectures, and students. The faculty of Law in TIU will organize a national Workshop titled "The Legal System of Alternative Families in Kurdistan". The workshop will be presented Mr. Waleed Khalid Qassim , the executive director of Social Welfare Department in Kurdistan. The Workshop highlights the issue of orphaned children in Kurdistan and discusses the challenges that face alternative families to adopt them. The workshop also argues the role of social affair institutions in Kurdistan Region to reduce their issues.  The Workshop will be held on 14th Mar 2022 at 1 pm hall 401 the main building.
