On January 24, 2021 Law department organized a workshop by Dr. Muhammed Omer Mawlood .The workshop was about “The constitutional oversight in laws in France” the presenter discussed the pros and cons of the system he concluded that the judicial censorship more better than political censorship because it cares about individuals right .
Then Mr. Ismail Rasool Started his presentation under the title of ( Shurah System in Islam ) he Talked about the history of shurah which it is back to the era of prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) and how he used shurah in everything. He explained the word “shurah” came from Noble Quran which said: “and those who have responded to their Lord and established Prayer and whose affairs’ is (determined by ) consolation among themselves and from what we provided them they spend” and he tried to show his perspective of view towards this verse and how useful it is for the people and the society.
Law department will continue its scientific activities by providing workshops and seminars for benefit of our department and Tishk International University.
