The Legal Framework of Commission of Integrity’s duties in Kurdistan Region
In cooperation with the Commission of Integrity in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University organized a training course titled “The Legal Framework of Commission of Integrity’s duties in the Kurdistan Region”. The course aims to highlight the Commission of Integrity’s duties and to discuss the mechanisms available for the Commission to implement Law No 30 of 2011 in Iraq. The course also aims to examine the obstacles that hinder the work of the Commission of Integrity and the applicable mechanisms to address them.
The course will be presented by Rahim Al-Ogaili, former Judge at the Commission of Integrity in Baghdad, Dr. Muhammad Rekani, member of the Public Prosecution Authority in Erbil Appellant Court, and Dr. Adnan Abdullah, the Director of the Executive Department at the Commission of Integrity and the Representative of the Commission in Kurdistan Region.
