Abstract:The workshop intended to start exploring the main theme of the relations between KRG and Federal. This Workshop was conducted to discuss this relationship in the framework of the Iraqi federal constitution. the speaker along with the audience discussed the future of this relationship with respect to the international and local situations.
Outcomes and Conclusions: After a long discussion among the audience and the keynote speaker, the workshop identified a number of outcomes for exploring this problem area further:
- The relation between KRG and Iraqi Federal Government is not at a good stage.
- Working on improving a good relation between the two parties.
- The future of this relation is aggravate, thus, working on establishing a good relationship, or at least; remain the relation at this minimum stage.

Abstract: The workshop was dedicated to explore the status of freedoms and liberties in the upcoming Kurdistan constitution. The workshop analyzed the contents of such freedoms and liberties.
Outcomes and Conclusions:There were different ideas and suggestion between the speaker and the audience, after discussing the issue back and forth, they have reached the followings:
- Freedoms and Liberties are fundamental issues that guaranteed in all democratic constitutions in the world.
- The Constitution must contain the rights and freedoms, but more necessary to be guaranteed

- The National Criminal Courts is complementary to the International Criminal Tribunals, with respect to international criminal issues.
- To Influence the Iraqi Federal Government to proceed with the tribunal verdicts.
