Seminar : The Crime of Abortion in the Iraqi Penal Law
In continuation of the educational activities organized by the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University, a seminar titled “The Crime of Abortion in the Iraqi Penal Law” was conducted by Mr.Kastro Salim , Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, on October 17th, 2023. The seminar took place in the Main Building, Hall 441, and was graced by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Balisani, Head of Department Dr. Sabah Qasim, and other staff members. During the seminar, Mr.Kastro Salim delved into the fundamental elements of the crime of abortion in the Iraqi penal law and the position of the Iraqi criminal legislator regarding this crime.
On behalf of the Faculty of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussien Balisani extended his gratitude to Mr.Kastro Salim for his insightful presentation and highlighted the faculty’s commitment to fostering similar academic endeavours in the future.
