Analytical Study of Ja‘fari Shi‘i School

In continuation of academic activities on January 6, 2025, the Faculty of Law organized an academic seminar entitled “The Codification of Sharia Rulings in Matters of Personal Status According to the Ja‘fari Shi‘i School: An Analytical Study Between Jurisprudence and Legal Codification.” The seminar was delivered by Dr. Khalid Jalal, who presented an in-depth analytical study of the codified Sharia rulings governing personal status issues under the Ja‘fari Shi‘i school of law.
