Seminar on Legal Capabilities

In continuation of academic activities, the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University organized an academic seminar entitled “Constitutional Interpretations that Have Changed the Political Landscape,” delivered by Mr. Hazhe Shwan Muhyaddin on September 29, 2026, with the attendance of a number of faculty members and students. The presenter emphasized three points:

  1. Theory to Practice: Bridging academic education with practical legal skills required in the market.
  2. Core Competencies: Emphasizing statutory interpretation, contract drafting, legal analysis, and effective advocacy.
  3. Professional Ethics: Highlighting integrity and ethical responsibility in legal practice and corporate consulting

and concluded with an interactive Q&A session. The dean of faculty expressed appreciation to the speaker and Ultra Law Firm, reaffirming their joint commitment to enhancing students’ professional readiness.
