Abstract: The workshop was dedicated to explore the status of freedoms and liberties in the upcoming Kurdistan constitution. The workshop analyzed the contents of such freedoms and liberties. Outcomes and Conclusions:There were different ideas and suggestion between the speaker and the audience, after discussing the issue back and forth, they have reached the followings: 1. Freedoms and Liberties are fundamental issues that guaranteed in all democratic constitutions in the world. 2. The Constitution must contain the rights and freedoms, but more necessary to be guaranteed
