The Presenter Dr. ABDUBASIT KAREEM there are many rules of discipline in the student’s manual, which are used by the disciplinary committee when it is presented with cases of violation of these rules by the students.
but the main point is that many of these rules are not legally clear and this leads to confusion in the work of the Administrative Committee and all this legal problem We propose to translate this guide into Arabic or Kurdish language and to review the ambiguous texts so as to be aware of all the cases or irregularities that are obtained by the students such as cheating.
This paves the way for the administrative committee to issue a fair administrative decision against the student.
