Practical Legal Training for Fourth-Year Students
On January 19, 2026, the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University organized a moot court for fourth-year students under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Castro Salim. The moot court addressed the crime of terrorism and the related legal and judicial procedures, with reference to the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Law.
Objectives and Learning Outcomes
The moot court aimed to enhance students’ practical understanding of how to handle terrorism-related cases, starting from the investigation stage, through trial procedures, and culminating in the issuance of judicial rulings. This activity contributed to strengthening legal knowledge and bridging the gap between theoretical study and practical application.
