The purpose of this study is to determine the position of the Iraqi legislator in terms of the areas in which these reserves can be used. Is the Iraqi legislator permitted to exceed the losses of the company from this reserve as explicitly stated by the Kuwaiti, Egyptian and Saudi legislators?
