Commemorating the Republic of Kurdistan Workshop
In collaboration with the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University, organized a National Workshop titled Commemorating the Republic of Kurdistan, held on January 23rd, 2023.

2nd Speaker: Asst. Prof. Dr. Othman Ali
This workshop consisted of two sessions. During the first session, Asst. Prof. Dr. Najdat Sabri talked about analyzing the Republic of Kurdistan from the perspective of national security. He analysed several factors that affected the national security of the Republic of Kurdistan, including diplomatic factors, power factors, and economic factors.
The second session covered the international framework of the Republic of Kurdistan, the relationship the region has formed with major countries such as the Soviet Union, Britain and the United States of America, and the influence of regional governments on it. The speaker also mentioned the history of this republic and how it was established. The speaker also referred to the importance of this republic and how to benefit from its experiences and apply their positive aspects in the Kurdistan Region.
A Q&A session was held after the sessions, allowing the participants to ask questions and further discuss the analyzed topics. The Faculty of Law extends its sincere gratitude and appreciation to the workshop moderator and speakers for their participation and great efforts.
