The Law Department at Tishk International University held a “Moot Court” for the  fourth-year students as a part of their activity. On Thursday 4-Jan-2018 Law Department in room 321 at 3 :00 pm we presented workshop. The presenter ( Mr. Mustafa Bingol ), Thinking is the foundation of everything we do. On Thursday 4-Jan-2018 Law Department in room 321 at 2 :00 pm we presented workshop. The presenter ( Dr. Imad Fatah ), The Iraqi legislator pointed out in some of the articles in the Penal Code that there is a stumble in permissibility . Which means that a person fantasizes that he has committed a crime as a crime of murder because it is in fact a law that did not have a crime such as the case of legitimate defense. On Thursday, 21-12-2017, at 11:30 am in room (442).Mr. botan latif presented The relationship between language, law and criticism of this cultural criticism is bold about exposure to any text. The language of law and the language of the body are both in a strong relationship through the fact that the language of crime monitors. The language of law and that cultural criticism is broad to analyze both in the absence of instability in both.

The moot court On Thursday, 21-12-2017, at 11:00 am in the Law Department in Hall (436), moot court was held by 4th grade students and supervision by Assist. Prof. Dr. Huseyin Balisany. Attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, lectruers, research asistants and students.

Law faculty of Tishk International University organized a work shop for Mr. Mustafa Bingol, Academic Staff in Law Faculty entitled writing a report in order to write an effective paper. On Thursday, December 14, 2017 an internal workshop was presented, describing the steps while writing a report thesis. Statement should be in the first paragraph and one of the most important things is plagiarism that Academic staff should be aware about it because it is a law-breaking in the academic world.

On Thursday, December 14, 2017 Law department had a work shop with presence of Academic Staff and lectures in room 321, the internal work shop presented by Dr. Emad Fatah Ismail. The workshop titled as “article (7) from Iraqi Criminal Law”. This a sequence of seminars which are presented weekly in Law faculty.

Under the name of the compulsory and the optional data in the commercial transfer in the Iraqi law law faculty held and internal Seminar. On December 14, 2017 law department in Tishk International University organized  internal Seminar for Dr. Abdulbasit Karim Mawlood Academic Staff in law department for students and staff.

On Thursday afternoon 7-Dec-2017 at 2:00 pm in room 321. Presented     Dr. Imad Fatah topic on "Criminal responsibility for HIV infection". There is no doubt that HIV is a contagious disease that leads to the destruction of the human immune system and make it immune to the embrace of viruses. At the level of the law there is no text or law to address this problem except for the existence of some of the crimes measured by it giving Iraq only $ 85 to the patient to buy medicines. Like our science activity by visiting many places today our students fourth grade with Mr. Mustafa Rashid Issa as a supervisor on them and assistant research Mr. abdullah and ms. bayar imad. On sunday 10-12-2017 at 10:00 Am we visited to parliament. our students got many legal informations. like the procedures of legislations and the role of each department inside parliament to establish any rules of law.
