The Iraqi legislator required confidentiality for the public with regard to the preliminary investigation and publicity for the adversaries for the integrity of the investigation and confidentiality. which is competent because the matter at the being of the investigation included matters that may concern people, institutions or family relations as for the judicial investigation. publicity for the public means the publics confidence in the judiciary and the authority in fulfilling their rights and punishing the offender to deter him and others [...]

On Thursday of 16-11-2017 law department in hall 401 at 11:00 Am presented seminar. The presenter Dr. Ergun Illustrated the issue of (sussid throw the islamic). The purpose of this study is to explain (Suicide attacks from an Islamic perspective) In this context, Dr. Ergun pointed out that suicide attacks from the Islamic point of view are non-existent and that they are merely operations designed to distort the picture of Islam in the eyes of the world because the Islamic religion is bigger and bigger than these allegations. and he showed the proofs by quran and hadith that it not allowed [...]

On thursday 12-11-2017. Research Asistant bayar emad representative of law department in Tishk International university. Like our social activities and contaction with them after graduation also. She visited law student (graduate) 2015-2016 . lawyer ( ismail nabi karachi ) and how does live about new life as lawyer after graduations level.

On Thursday 14-11-2017 in law department Tishk International university at 2:00 Pm in hall  402 Mr.Jonas Gil General service officer U.S.A consulate (Erbil ) presented a seminar on (US. law school process and ways to use a law degree in the United States) he mention in seminar to build bridge of  knowledge for our students between universities Kurdistan an U.S.A .    

On Thursday  9-11-2017 Law Department in room 321 at 2:00 Pm we presented workshop. The Presenter Dr. Imad Fatah showed the drug abuse and its conditions in the Iraqi Penal  Code  , indicating the seriousness and legal problems of the individuals and the society. He mentioned the texts legal articles and how to deal with them and compare them with other countries.  

On Thursday of 9-11-2017 law department in hall 401 at 11:00 Am presented seminar. The presenter Mr. mustafa rashid issa illustrated the issue of (publishing legal papers in international journals for academic promotion). The purpose of this study is to determine the position of the lecturers to publish their papers in law department in those journals under NUR system and get academic promotion from inistary of higher education.
