On February 12, 2025, the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University (TIU) hosted a seminar titled, “The Legal Framework for Reducing Government Debt in the Kurdistan Region.” The seminar was presented by Dr. Muhammed Abdulkareem. Held in Hall 437, the seminar was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussien Balisani, Dean of Faculty, Sabah Qasim, Head of the Department, and other staff members.
