Law department in Tishk International University hold workshop on " Iraqi funds frozen abroad " in on 13-12-2018 in room 321 at 2:00 pm by dr. bryar sherko. That what happened in Iraq from the political, economic and military conditions has exposed Iraq to theft and destruction in some aspects and institutions that still suffer from Iraq, including the money taken abroad under specific or unspecified names and the freezing of those assets abroad dating back to the former Iraqi regime and still The procedures are under investigation.

The Iraqi law, particularly the Iraqi Penal Code, did not detail the means that contribute and help as a means of murder. The lecturer Dr. Imad Fatah in law department presented seminar about (Means of intentional murder) on 13-12-2018 in hall 401 at 11:00 am .In the Iraqi Penal Code between the legislators, any means that leads to the death of a human being is considered intentional if the intent is directed towards the deliberate murder of material and moral means.

On 11/12/2018 and 12/12/2018 at the request of the Faculty of Law, Mr. Muzaffar Khalid Abdulrahman trained the students of the Law Department on the moot Court in order to link theoretical information to practical applications after graduating from the university and benefiting from them in their practical lives.

The Department of Law held at 2:00 pm on Thursday at 2:00 p.m in 29-11-2018 workshop in the hall 321 and in the presence of a number of distinguished lecturers on the preaching of the judicial guard and their powers during the arrest of the accused and their role in the investigation according to the current Iraqi laws.

Law student’s first grade had first step to improve their live to better. Today (19-11-2018) law department started class with new generation. And they started with courses and with lecturers. Firstly, law department very happy to start with first grade by teaching them and build a strong bridge between us to prepare scientists, judge, and lawyer with humanity emotion and science.
