An Online International Workshop Successful Strategies for Applying Electronic Management in Institutions
On Sunday, June 25th, 2023, the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University hosted an International Workshop titled “Successful Strategies for Applying Electronic Management in Institutions.” The event took place in the Education Building, Hall No. 302, and was moderated by Mr. Mohammed Ashraf Sheikho. The workshop was attended by several law professors, both in-person and online. The primary speaker was Dr. Ramiz Ashour, an Assistant Professor from the Department of Public Law.
The content of the workshop was structured around two sessions. The initial part provided insights into the essence and advantages of electronic management, elucidating the motivations and prerequisites for the shift towards a digital administrative paradigm. The subsequent section addressed the challenges and impediments to implementing electronic management in the Arab world, accompanied by an examination of various regional and international experiences in the domain.
Post-presentation, attendees actively engaged in a Q&A session, deepening the discourse on the workshop’s topics. As the event concluded, Dr. Ashour put forth several key findings and recommendations. Foremost among these was the imperative of investing in the training of administrative personnel in computer proficiency. Appreciation was extended to the speaker for his invaluable contributions.
