The Iraqi law, particularly the Iraqi Penal Code, did not detail the means that contribute and help as a means of murder.
The lecturer Dr. Imad Fatah in law department presented seminar about (Means of intentional murder) on 13-12-2018 in hall 401 at 11:00 am .In the Iraqi Penal Code between the legislators, any means that leads to the death of a human being is considered intentional if the intent is directed towards the deliberate murder of material and moral means.
