Faculty of Law Hosts Appreciation Lunch to Foster Student-Department Collaboration
On 7-10-2026, in an effort to strengthen ties between the academic administration and the student body, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Rozhan Dizayee, hosted an exclusive appreciation lunch for the faculty’s student representatives. The gathering served as a platform to recognize these student leaders’ vital contributions and outline a collaborative roadmap for the upcoming academic year.
During the event, the dean of the Faculty of Law expressed deep gratitude to the representatives for their ongoing dedication. Emphasizing their unique position as the voice of the student body, the dean encouraged the representatives to continue acting as a vital communication bridge between the academic departments and their peers.
The attendees discussed common issues and challenges facing law students. By addressing these concerns directly with faculty leadership, the representatives advocated for practical solutions, ensuring student feedback plays a central role in the department’s decision-making.
To further integrate the representatives into the university’s broader support network, the event also featured a formal introduction to the TIU Dean of Students, Dr. Muhammad Abdulghani, and the university’s student coordinator, Mr. Hedi Mustafa. This introduction aimed to build a unified support system, giving the law representatives direct access to university-wide resources. By aligning the efforts of the Faculty of Law, the student representatives, and the Dean of Students’ office, the university continues to prioritize a supportive, responsive, and student-centered educational experience.
