Academic Participation of the Faculty of Law in a PhD Defense.

Within the framework of continuous scientific and academic cooperation between universities, emphasizing the active presence of our academic staff in scientific forums, a PhD’s defense was held on September 30, 2026, in the Seminar Hall of the College of Law at the University of Sulaimani entitled “The Theory of Credit in Civil Law.”

Professor Dr. Rozhan Dizayee, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University, chaired the PhD’s defense committee in the specialization of Private Law for postgraduate student (Awat Qadir Hama Salih).
