Fourth-Year Students Explore Military Justice System
As part of the academic and practical activities regularly organized by the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University, a scientific visit was conducted to the Military Court in Erbil on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, with the participation of fourth-year students.
The visit aimed to strengthen students’ practical understanding of the military justice system, particularly the procedures of litigation and the mechanisms governing the progress of cases before the Military Court. Students were given the opportunity to observe firsthand how the court operates and to learn about its procedural and organizational aspects. The visit was supervised by Dr. Mohammed Abdul Karim and Mr. Abdullah Shakhawan.
