Hosting a Lunch at Nursing Home

In continuation of social activities, the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University organized a distinguished humanitarian activity on 24 November 2025. The event consisted of hosting a special luncheon for the elderly at the Erbil Nursing Home, with the participation of the Dean of the faculty,  Prof.Dr. Rozhan Dizayee, Mrs. Bayar Imad, and a group of students. This activity provided an opportunity to strengthen engagement between students and the local community while reinforcing legal and humanitarian principles that advocate for the protection of vulnerable groups. It also contributed to enhancing the practical and volunteer-oriented competencies of the faculty’s students.  This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, and Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, by promoting the care of senior citizens and integrating them into community support programs.
