The Faculty of Law at Tishk International University organized an orientation event for its new students for the 2024-2025 academic year on December 15, 2024. The event was held in the presence of the Dean, Head of Department, and other staff members.
The program began with a speech from Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussien Balisani, the Dean of the Faculty, who congratulated the new students on starting their journey and wished them success. He emphasized the faculty’s commitment to ensuring they become successful lawyers in their future careers. Following this, Dr. Sabah Qasim, the Head of the Department, clarified the study system and policies of the Law Department at Tishk International University.
To conclude the orientation, Mr. Salman Dlawar, a research assistant, presented a seminar on how to use the SIS system and the official website of the Faculty of Law. This provided new students with the necessary tools to navigate their academic resources.
