A Seminar on The Content of the Contract in Light of the Amendments to the French Civil Law
In continuation of the educational activities organized by the Faculty of Law at Tishk International University, a seminar titled “The Content of the Contract in Light of the Amendments to the French Civil Law” was conducted by Mr. Xaled Xursheed, Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, on October 4th, 2023. The event took place in the Main Building, hall 443, and was graced by the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussien Balisani, Head of Department Dr. Sabah Qasim, and other staff members. During the seminar, Mr. Xaled Xursheed delved into the fundamental elements of contracts within the French Civil Law post its 2016 amendments and explored the implications of these contracts.
